Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Qubic Verified ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes through the Service or via email. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Description of Service
Platform Overview
Qubic Verified provides blockchain-powered digital asset protection services, including perceptual hashing, blockchain registration on the Qubic network, verification services, and theft detection scanning.
Service Limitations
While we strive to provide accurate and reliable services, the Service is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee that blockchain registration will prevent all forms of digital asset theft or misuse.
Blockchain Permanence
Registrations on the Qubic blockchain are permanent and immutable. Once an asset is registered, the blockchain record cannot be modified or deleted. You acknowledge and accept this characteristic of blockchain technology.
User Accounts & Responsibilities
Account Creation
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Account Security
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.
Accurate Information
You agree to provide truthful and accurate information about yourself and your digital assets. Providing false information may result in account termination.
Intellectual Property & Ownership
Your Content
You retain all ownership rights to the digital assets you upload for registration. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of generating perceptual hashes and providing our services.
Ownership Verification
You represent and warrant that you are the rightful owner of, or have proper authorization to register, any digital asset you submit. You agree not to register content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
Platform Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-submitted content), is owned by Qubic Verified and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our express permission.
Certificates & Reports
Verification certificates and ownership reports generated by the Service are provided for your personal and legal use. You may share these documents to establish proof of ownership.
Prohibited Uses
Illegal Activities
You may not use the Service for any illegal purpose, including registering stolen content, facilitating fraud, or any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.
Infringing Content
You may not register digital assets that infringe on the intellectual property rights of others, including copyrighted material, trademarks, or trade secrets that you do not own or have authorization to register.
Harmful Content
You may not upload or register content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
System Abuse
You may not attempt to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt the Service, including through hacking, introducing malware, or overwhelming our systems with excessive requests.
False Claims
You may not make false claims of ownership or submit fraudulent verification requests. Such actions may result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.
Fees & Payment
Pricing
Certain features of the Service may require payment. Current pricing is displayed on our website and is subject to change with notice. Free tier limitations and paid plan benefits are described on our pricing page.
Billing
For paid subscriptions, you authorize us to charge your designated payment method on a recurring basis. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and maintaining a valid payment method.
Refunds
Due to the nature of blockchain registration (which is permanent and incurs network costs), registration fees are generally non-refundable. Subscription fees may be refundable on a pro-rata basis if you cancel within the first 14 days.
Blockchain Fees
Registration on the Qubic blockchain may incur network transaction fees. These fees are passed through to you and are not refundable as they are paid to the blockchain network, not to us.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.
No Legal Advice
The Service does not constitute legal advice. While blockchain registration can serve as evidence of ownership, we recommend consulting with a qualified attorney for specific intellectual property matters.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QUBIC VERIFIED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.
Maximum Liability
Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Qubic Verified is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
Class Action Waiver
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
Time Limitation
Any claim or cause of action arising from your use of the Service must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose, or it shall be forever barred.
